THE DEVELOPERS CONTRACT IS WITH THE APPOINTED TURNKEY INSTALLATION COMPANY - NOT RBSi
 

SHORTAGE OF SKILLED LABOUR:

RBSi added mechanical turnkey services to its port folio through customer demand, so not only are RBSi involved in the design, supply, commissioning and certification, but by recommending Mechanical Installation Contractors to its Developer clients, RBSi work closely with the contractor to oversee quality control of the installation.

QUALITY CONTROL:

Our in-house Heat Pump and Ventilation experts are on-hand to offer technical advice allowing RBSi to confidently and diligently provide the best mechanical building services in the Country..

Client relationships are enhanced by a partnership approach and a spirit of co-operation in which the recommended team of highly trained, experienced contractors work efficiently and included are sporadic Quality Control installation checks by RBSi, to insure delivery of the project swiftly, efficiently and to a pre-agreed budget.
