CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE:

RBSi was established in March 2017 by Rory Power and Mike Teahan. With over 30 years combined experience within the construction industry, and a much needed requirement in the market for an Independent Solutions Company on Heat Pump Technology, prompted the formation of RBSi and the subsequent recruitment of the market leading solutions on heat pumps and ventilation, and Independent Industry Experts all added to the RBSi port folio of products and services.

RBSi STRATEGY AND PROCESS:

RBSi Consultants provide Independent Solutions on Renewable Heating and Ventilation Technology.  Following a comprehensive market analysis on reputable product brands and suppliers within the Irish market, RBSi initiated a very strict selection policy that met the high standards outlined by the panel, resulting in products and suppliers now identified and in place giving a diverse spectrum of Market Leading options by Industry experts. This level of research and recruitment will be on-going.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Performance

  • Quality

  • Cost

  • Technical Support

  • Innovative Technology

MECHANICAL CONSULTANTS:

Mechanical Consultants play a key role in the success of large Commercial and Residential Development projects, therefore it was important from the outset that RBSi expertise is seen as a valuable addition to any Mechanical team, and not in opposition, as it is a specialist technology.

DOVETAIL:

In order for the RBSi Business model to be effective and allow our panel of experts to be a valued addition to any Mechanical Consultancy firm, it was important that RBSi Consultancy Fees were from external sources, and not detract from Mechanical Consultants revenue.

With this in mind RBSi arranged meetings with relevant Manufacturers and Ireland based Distribution Partners and suggested that on projects where their product is specified, a consultancy fee will be charged to the Manufacturer, and in addition, preferential product cost should apply on developments that RBSi specify to developers.
